Dayle Swerling Burke
Carrying on a family tradition in the public insurance adjusting profession, Dayle manages the
large and complex residential personal property and additional living expense claims. She joined
SMW in 1992 and clients look to her for steadfast guidance through the wrenching experience of
suffering fire damage to their family possessions. Her adjusting experience includes tours of
duty in Florida during Hurricane Andrew and in Puerto Rico from Hurricane Georges. She graduated
in 1991 from Drexel University in Philadelphia.

Bob Campbell
SMW entrusts the management of its commercial, industrial and retail contents claims to Bob
Campbell. For over thirty years, Bob has evaluated damages to retail and wholesale stocks;
machinery and equipment of all shapes, sizes and functions; and an array of furniture, fixtures
and other assets used to outfit a wide variety of enterprises. Bob started his career with the
Underwriters Salvage Company of New York and has built on this background to achieve a position
of preeminence in resolving personal property claims on behalf of policyholders.

Bryan Holtzman
Bryan Holtzman holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Bridgewater State College where he majored
in Sociology and played varsity baseball. Bryan worked as a property claims adjuster with the
St. Paul Travelers Insurance Company for three (3) years before joining Swerling Milton
Winnick. He is the third generation of his family to enter the public adjusting
profession. At SMW, Bryan specializes in appraising and adjusting damages to commercial
buildings under a wide variety of risks.

Matthew Post
Responsible for SMW's business development as well as all sales and marketing activities, Matt has focused
his marketing career in the public adjusters arena. After receiving his BA in marketing from New Hampshire College,
Matt worked for Adjusters International in Utica, NY before joining SMW in 1995. He left SMW in 2000 and
became vice present of sales and marketing for Gordon & Gordon Adjusters. Matt rejoined SMW in 2006 as vice
president of sales and marketing. Active in both business and local organizations, Matt has served on the
boards of CAI and NACORE.

Siobhan Sheils
An employee of SMW since November 1992, Siobhan Sheils is a specialist in the information systems
utilized by SMW in its claim presentations and also compiles and processes personal property
claims. She is a graduate of Quincy High School and attended Quincy Junior College taking courses
to prepare her for being a paralegal. She has an acute and discerning eye for detailing substantial
personal property damages and framing them in a format that allows for easy resolution of the
claim.

Diane Swerling
After graduating the University of Arizona and working as an attorney's assistant, Diane assumed
administrative office duties at SMW in 1994 as well as the managing of residential personal
property claims. She, also, continues the tradition of her family in public insurance
adjusting. Diane has completed accounting courses at Bentley College in order to assist
her in compiling loss of rents and business interruption claims.

Kenneth Viafore
After many years as a senior adjuster with the Massachusetts Fair Plan, Ken joined SMW in
1988 and represents policyholders in a wide variety of property claims - residential,
commercial, retail and industrial. Ken is SMW's "man for all seasons" and his extensive
experience and background in the insurance industry makes him extremely adaptable to all
sorts of diverse claim scenarios be they in Vieques, Puerto Rico or on the South Shore of
Massachusetts. Ken Graduated from Springfield College in Springfield, MA

Jeff Winnick
In 2005 Jeff joined SMW. He studied at Lynn University where he earned a master's degree in finance and a
bachelor's degree in business administration. Jeff studied in Ireland and Italy and has spent time
in Central America. He lives in Natick.
