Community Associations Institute (CAI) is the nation's voice for condominium, cooperative and homeowner associations advocating and providing for better living through community associations.
The Institute was created in 1973 to educate and represent America's residential community associations and related professionals and service providers. It is a multidisciplinary alliance dedicated to the development of effective community associations.
CAI estimates that more than 57 million Americans live in a common interest community and at last count there were more than 286,000 community associations in the United States.
With 80 U.S. chapters, eight international chapters and several other partnerships around the globe, IREM is an international organization that also serves as an advocate on issues affecting the real estate management industry. Membership includes more than 18,000 individual members and 500 corporate members.
IREM promotes ethical real estate management practices through its credentialed membership programs, including the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation, the Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) certification, the ACoM certification and the Accredited Management Organization (AMO) accreditation.

Founded in 1973, the Public Insurance Adjusters of Massachusetts united for the purpose of all public adjusters to gain mutual understanding, protection, and preservation of the profession. The organization serves, benefits, and protects the general public when dealing with property insurance claims. Its concern is to establish and maintain the highest professional standards, to protect its rights and provide means for solving and dealing with common problems.
