NAPIA awarded Bruce Swerling the designation of Fellow in the Profession of Public Adjusting (FPPA). The SPPA program recognizes individuals who have achieved significant competence and helps the public understand the role of public adjusters.

"It is an honor to be recognized by NAPIA for our hard work and dedication," says Bruce Swerling, president and treasurer. As public insurance adjusters, it is our role to help people during difficult times. Business and homeowners need someone to stand up for them and it is very satisfying to be able to help them work through the complexities of an insurance claim and obtain the settlement they deserve to make them whole again."

Bruce Swerling has been an SPPA for many years. Swerling has been a public adjuster since 1963, and Marvin Milton has been serving the public in this capacity since 1959.
