On Friday, June 11, 2010 at its annual convention in Ojai, CA, the National Association of Public Insurance Adjusters elected Diane Swerling as its Secretary. With a professional designation of SPPA - Senior Professional Public Adjuster -- from the National Association, and her dedicated work with NAPIA, Diane has qualified herself as one of the leading public adjusters in the United States and has fittingly moved into a leadership role in the national organization.
The National Association of Public insurance Adjusters was formed some seventy-five (75) years ago and represents the interests of the 400 public adjusters who live by its strict rules of conduct and ethics. It is a driving force in securing consumer-friendly practices from insurance companies.
