Carrying on the family tradition, Dayle Swerling Burke manages residential personal property and additional living expense claims. Prior to joining SMW in 1992, Dayle gained extensive experience in the hotel industry, managing properties in Pennsylvania and Rhode Island. During her transition from the hotel industry to claims adjusting, Hurricane Andrew hit Miami, Florida. Dayle's hotel-related customer service background proved invaluable in helping property owners through this difficult time. She has since helped thousands families through the wrenching experience of suffering damage to their possessions. Her adjusting experience includes tours of duty in Florida during Hurricane Andrew and in Puerto Rico from Hurricane Georges.
Dayle received her B.S. in Hotel Restaurant and Institutional Management from Drexel University in 1991. She lives in Natick, MA with her husband and three children. In her "spare" time, she loves taking photographs of her children and the rare opportunity to sit down with a good book. |
